Any reproduction or distribution of any information, materials or Intellectual Property to third parties without the express written consent of Angels Whispering Light (AWL) is prohibited.

Intellectual Property

(1) Angels Whispering Light is the owner or the licensee of all Intellectual Property Rights and all other rights for all content within all sessions, classes, and Angel Time events and nothing in these Terms or otherwise shall operate to transfer the ownership of the Intellectual Property Rights or the content of the session, class, or Angel Time event to you or to any other person.

(2) You may not at any time copy, reproduce, publish in any form, share, sell, dispose of or otherwise make available to a third party in any way any of the content or materials contained in the session, class, and Angel Time events.

(3) We grant to you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sub licensable revocable license to use all or any of the content for your personal use or the purposes for which it was provided only.

(4) You may not use any of our intellectual property rights at any time except where duly licensed. Use of our logo is strictly prohibited without our prior written consent.

(5) You may record your private session being delivered during your attendance for your personal use only.

(7) You are not permitted to sell or promote products or services to other participants during any class or Angel Time event.

Angel Time events:

By attending the Angel Time event(s) you understand that:

You are not permitted to sell or promote products or services to other participants during any Angel Time event.
You will follow the format and guidelines as set by AWL.
Angels Whispering Light and Beth “B” Carleton owns the copyrights to the Intellectual Property, information, recordings, photographs, videos, audios, and to all materials created or distributed in connection with the Angel Time events (in person or online).
No personal recording devices are permitted during any Angel Time event.
Except as explicitly provided herein, nothing in these Terms shall be deemed to create a license in or under any such Intellectual Property Rights, and you agree not to sell, license, rent, modify, distribute, copy, reproduce, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, publish, adapt, edit or create derivative works thereof.
Information shared during Angel Time is for your personal use only.
