All rights reserved. By attending the Angel Time event(s) you understand that: 

• You are not permitted to sell or promote products or services to other participants during any Angel Time event.

• Information shared during Angel Time is for your personal use only. 

• No personal recording devices are permitted during any Angel Time event, except when prior permission is given by AWL.

• Angels Whispering Light, LLC and Beth “B” Carleton owns the copyrights to the Intellectual Property, recordings, photographs, videos, audios, and to all materials created or distributed in connection with the Angel Time events (in person or online).

• Except as explicitly provided herein, nothing in these Terms shall be deemed to create a license in or under any such Intellectual Property Rights, and you agree not to sell, license, rent, modify, distribute, copy, reproduce, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, publish, adapt, edit or create derivative works thereof.
